our country is living hell lately, alot of people died only in week just because of peasants who don’t understand that we want nothing but peace, and i’m asking my dear followers and especially my moroccans brothers and sisters to sign this petition, so that our government can do something about it and to give us the security that we need. thank you alot for your help.

So I know it’s the Lent season, and many Christians are fasting as we lead up to Easter. That being said, food spent on Lent meals is considerably cheaper than food spent on non-Lent meals. So why not donate the extra money we may have to some charities that help our fellow Christians in need? This is obviously open to non-Christians as well. Humans are humans, after all.
Here are a few charities that work tirelessly to help the persecuted. Please feel free to add to the list.
Assyrian Aid Society = a religiously unaffiliated charity that has been helping the people of Iraq since 1991, regardless of ethnic or religious background (including Arabs and Yazidis), but focusing on Assyrians and preserving their culture in Iraq.
Assyrian Church of the East Relief Organization = a religiously affiliated charity that assists needy Assyrians around the globe. They’ve been instrumental in getting aid to Assyrians affected by the Mosul crisis.
Barnabas Fund = a Christian organization that aims to assist persecuted Christians worldwide, whether in Nigeria or Iraq.

Help Iraq= started by the St. Thomas the Apostle Chaldean Catholic Eparchy of the U.S.A, the organization has started programs like the Adopt a Refugee Family to help the persecuted.
Shlama Foundation = also started in Michigan, the organization helps Iraqis desperately in need. They work with Assyrians/Chaldeans/Syriacs to help ensure that they are able to return to their homes. One of their most powerful videos is below.
